A Step Ahead Chattanooga will cover the cost of a year’s worth of birth control pills for clients without insurance. If you are insured, we will cover any remaining costs pertaining to birth control not covered by your insurance (deductible and copay).

ASAC also covers long-acting reversible contraception including IUDs and Implants. If you are interested in one of those methods, please give us a call at 423-265-7837 to schedule an appointment.
We are working on expanding to cover additional short-acting methods like the patch and the ring. If you are interested in a method that ASAC does not yet cover, we encourage you to reach out to your local health department, where you can access other methods of contraception at reduced or no cost to you.
