Our appointment line staff will help you set up an appointment for an IUD or the Implant, with one of our partnered clinics.
Additionally, we offer the convenience of a telehealth option for birth control pills delivered to your door. Click here to learn more about our telehealth option.
We also provide free transportation assistance through Uber or a gas card.
**A Step Ahead follows Tennessee state law regarding contraceptive access for clinic services. Under Tennessee law, specifically the Families Rights and Responsibilities Act, parents are required to provide explicit consent for healthcare services for minors (under 18), including contraception. Even if you reside in Georgia or Alabama, since our partnered clinics are located in Tennessee, we follow these regulations. Please note that the consent process may vary by clinic.

Appointments with our partnered clinics are made from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday. If you call after hours, leave us a message, and we will get back to you within 3 business days. Calls may be returned anytime Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm.
