Varsha is an attorney. Her practice includes advising clients with respect to executive compensation, tax matters, and securities law compliance in the context of complex business transactions and the design and implementation of employment, consulting, equity incentive, severance and other compensation arrangements. She has been involved in both large-scale mergers and initial public offerings and smaller, locally-based corporate matters.

Varsha attended the University of Georgia School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A native of Memphis, Varsha worked as a corporate attorney in the New York City and Chicago offices of a large, international law firm before moving to Chattanooga in 2016 with her husband, Devon, and two children.

A member of the Leadership Chattanooga 2019-2020 class, Varsha was also a member in the 2018-2019 inaugural class of the Community Foundation’s women-based philanthropy and leadership program, the WE Project.
