Hayley Parman has over ten years of experience in both the public and private sectors of accounting. She is the Sr. Manager ERP Finance for Astec Industries, Inc., and enjoys helping companies achieve their goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations using strong internal controls. She currently oversees the control design and implementation for a new global ERP system implementation.

At Astec, she has helped chair the United Way campaign and served as a Change Agent helping to drive the new cultural changes at the company. During her time in public accounting, Hayley was a financial auditor for a variety of industries and earned her CPA license in 2015. She was heavily involved in the recruiting and interviewing process with interns and new staff and was a champion and go-to person for new software. Hayley enjoys forming relationships with colleagues and clients and working together to tackle challenges.

A long-time Chattanooga resident, Hayley completed her undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance as well as her Masters of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Corey, and her dog, Murphy. She also loves live music and traveling.
