A native of Chattanooga, LaToya holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Southern New Hampshire University, with a concentration in Global Health. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with an emphasis in Health Sciences from Tennessee Technological University.
LaToya’s expertise with non-profit organizations spans over 10 years in various roles, including liaison for an End-of-Life organization and grant specialist for a rehabilitation center. Her commitment to health equity has been at the forefront of her work, striving to reduce health disparities and ensure access to quality healthcare for all.
LaToya is married and has twins. She loves traveling with her family, bonding over game nights, reading, and binge-watching shows.
