Rachel Endo

Regional Health Educator

Rachel received her Bachelors in Healthcare Administration from King University and her Masters of Public Health from ETSU. While working on her Master’s, she was able to intern with a health educator and found the perfect way to use her love of public health while also helping and educating others. After graduating, Rachel continued working in public health in disease intervention and health education roles in the public sector.

She made the decision to pursue employment with A Step Ahead Chattanooga so she would have the opportunity to focus her health education efforts on reproductive rights, a topic to which Rachel brings great passion. Rachel will be helping A Step Ahead Chattanooga expand services and resources in Hamilton county.

When not at work, Rachel enjoys spending most of her free time in the woods, rock climbing at The Crag, or on an adventure with her boyfriend, kids, and their chocolate lab.
